Nowell Solish, MD, FRCP(C), Dermatologist, Toronto

Dr. Solish is a recognized and respected specialist in the field of cosmetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Solish graduated as a dermatologist from the University of Toronto and subsequently specialized in surgical dermatology at the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia. He is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Toronto, and President of the Canadian Society for Dermatologic Surgery. In addition to being Director of the Cosmetic Care and Laser Surgery Centre, Dr. Solish is Director of the Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer Clinic and the Laser Surgery Unit at Women's College Hospital, and Director of Dermatologic Surgery at the University of Toronto.

Academically, Dr. Solish is responsible for planning the surgical dermatology curriculum at the University of Toronto. Widely published in peer-reviewed journals, he lectures regularly on dermatologic surgery techniques both nationally and abroad, having spoken in England, Sweden and the United States. He is also regularly asked to comment on his areas of specialization in the media. Interviews with Dr. Solish have appeared on ABC News, Global Television News, CBC Radio and CityTV, among other outlets. He currently sits on the medical advisory for international medical devices companies, Allergan and Medicis.

David Ellis, MD, FRCS (C), Facial Plastic Surgeon, Toronto

David is a Professor at the Department of Otolaryngology, University of Toronto, Canada. Dr. Ellis is a "Fellowship Mentor" for young cosmetic surgeons in Ontario who wish to improve their skills in facial cosmetic surgery. He is the Core Lecture Coordinator for the Facial plastic surgery, Department of Otolaryngology. He is an internationally known lecturer to many Continuing Medical Education Societies and Universities in the USA, Mexico, and Britain.

David has published 30 articles in Peer-Reviewed Journals on Facial plastic surgery, and written 12 chapters in books on Facial plastic surgery. He is an author of ABOUT FACE - A Consumer's Guide to Facial Cosmetic Surgery in Canada published by Macmillan Canada in 1992.

Dr. Ellis is the founding President of the Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, Past President of the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, and has been elected to the board of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery as the Canadian Vice-President and again as Director-at-Large.

He is a member of many professional organizations including the Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic& Reconstructive Surgery. He is also a member of the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, as well as the Canadian Medical Association and the Ontario Medical Association and President of the Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition, Toronto plastic surgeon Dr Ellis is the Canadian delegate to the International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgical Societies (IFFPSS).

Dr. Ellis recently published and printed 2 new books - "Your Complete Guide to Nose Reshaping" and "Your Complete Guide to Facial Rejuvenation".

Francis Beninger, MD, FRCS(C), Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Beninger is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon practicing in Toronto, Canada. In 1996, Dr. Beninger was one of two international candidates selected by the renowned Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital (MEETH) in New York to complete a one-year fellowship in cosmetic surgery. Over the years, Dr. Beninger trained with many prominent plastic surgeons and has practiced in both the United States and Canada where he performed the latest cosmetic surgery techniques and procedures focusing on facial rejuvenation and body contouring. Dr. Beninger holds memberships in the Canadian and American Society of Plastic Surgery, the Canadian and American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Beninger has lectured extensively to professional colleagues around the world and has published numerous articles in peer-review journals and magazines. In 1994, he was honoured by the American Lipoplasty Society for his work in the field. Dr. Beninger is also actively engaged as an instructor and lecturer for the Plastic Surgery Resident Aesthetic Surgery Program with the University of Toronto.
